The IDEA IFPP-1k-Pro1-M01 Automatic Vertical Volumetric Filling Machine provides an efficient and reliable solution for packaging granular products such as legumes, rice, sugar, salt, grains, and similar materials. It uses a Volumetric Cup Filling System to deliver consistent filling performance for a wide range of packaging applications.

The machine offers a production capacity of up to 40 bags per minute, with a filling accuracy of ±1%. Filling weights can be adjusted automatically through the operating screen, while up to 100 different operating recipes can be saved and recalled for convenient production changeovers.

Equipped with a PLC control system and HMI touchscreen, AC gear motors, and inverters for speed control, the machine provides convenient operation and adjustable performance. Its electrostatically painted carbon steel structure ensures a robust design, while all product-contact parts are manufactured from Food Grade 304 stainless steel.

The machine supports laminated packaging films and BOPP, featuring a motorized film-pulling system and vertical and horizontal heat sealing to produce pillow bags. Optional additions include a date printer, perforation unit, and nitrogen injection unit, depending on production requirements.
