From IDEA for Engineering Industries, a complete solution for preparing and coating EPS/XPS foam boards. The station starts with mixing the coating mortar in the vertical mixer and ends with coating and pulling the boards through a single machine. Everything sits on a safe operating platform, so production becomes a fast, organized cycle with consistent quality.

  • 3 mixing blades inside the chamber with a 0.5 HP motor, flexibly installed or removed to suit the mold width
  • Pulling rollers with spring-loaded pressure and a gearbox lifting system with manual handwheel
  • Control panel with Korean breakers and separate Taiwanese Sanchi inverters for the belt and the mixing blades
